- Transportation Equity and getting everyone safe and affordable access to transportation, starting with those who need it most. This is our bike program, advocacy efforts, and getting bikes to people who need them most.
- Racial Justice and working to understand and heal our segregated society, ensure access for People of Color to our biking community, and spending more time with people who are different than us. This is Shop Hours and our wealth redistribution efforts.
- Gender Equality and making sure folks who identify as femme, trans, women or non-binary (FTWNB) have safe, joyful, and equal experiences in our community, especially in historically (and currently) cis-male dominated spaces (like bike shops). This is Shop Hours, our sponsorship of Radical Adventure Riders New Haven and our FTWNB-only rides and events.
- Climate Justice and building a greener city by replacing cars with bikes, supporting the most underserved communities, and giving a second life to things. This is our bike program and repairing and reusing old bicycles.
- Mutual Aid and prioritizing community, togetherness, and our value as human beings instead of money and hierarchy. This is our shop hours and our redistribution efforts.
- Empowerment for All through education, DIY (Do It Yourself) ethos, and tool sharing. This is our shop hours and our classes.
